Favorite Quote: “: It takes an athlete to dance, but an artist to be a dancer."  ~Shanna LaFleur
Favorite Movie:The Sound of Music, it reminds me of my hometown. I used to watch that movie all the time as a kid.
The Person I Most Admire: I admire my parents the most. My mom, dad, and step mom have provided me with the best life they can. I would not be who I am today without all three of these people in my life. I love them and thank them for always believing in me and supporting me!
The Best Advice I Could Give Is: Always reach for your goal. You will never know if you could have achieved your goals if you do not work for them. Strive to be the best and you will end up with the result you wished for.
Trademark Expression: Move Around!
Favorite song: P.Y.T. by Michael Jackson
Most embarrassing moment: The University I danced for was asked to perform in the 2004 Slam Dunk Contest for the NCAA Final Four. The production manager said it was time for us to dance so we all ran out on the court ready to perform. I was in my zone and was having a great time dancing when all of the sudden everyone was laughing. It turns out that the production manager had sent us out at the wrong time to dance. Everyone else on the team had run off the court and left me on the court dancing all by myself. I was on ESPN dancing all alone! I was so embarrassed. The positive side was the crowd gave me 10’s. At least they enjoyed the show!

Eating every two-three hours and exercising regularly will help you lose weight and gain lean muscle mass. You will also have more energy and a stronger metabolism!
